Within Australia

All items are sent via Express Platinum service within Australia.Currently this costs $13.40 for up to 500g. The platinum service can be tracked online and requires a signature on receipt. Some insurance is included in this service but it is not too clear how much. If you require extra insurance we can look into that for you.

Postal charges will be added to the cost of any item or, in the case of having a repair/restoration/resizing evaluated or carried out, we require a self addressed platinum bag to be sent with the item.

International delivery

Please email if you wish for any items to be sent internationally. We can send items via International Registered Post which costs roughly $25. It offers proof of postage and requires a signature at the other end. It is worth noting that, over a certain value, some countries (eg. the UK) incur an import tax or duty as a percentage of whatever value we declare the item as having.

If you require extra insurance we can look into that for you but this will significantly increase the overall postage costs.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund provided that the item is returned within 7 days of delivery in the same condition it was sent. Buyer to pay postage costs.
